My Illinois Tax return keeps getting rejected even though my federal return was accepted

I’ve triple checked the information entered. Why does my return keep getting rejected?

How do i get my return to be accepted? I've been rejected 3 times because the IRS does not have a return from 2022 for me. I hit 'file by mail' and it still bounces back.
