My fiance wants to claim me for 2018. If he claims me for 2018 taxes as a dependent, is there a chnace that my student loan debt will effect his return?

No, a dependent's debts do not flow to the taxpayer.

He can only claim you as a dependent if you lived together the entire year, he provided more than half your financial support, and you have less than $4150 of taxable income.
