My federal was accepted will my state automatically be filled I did both at the same time

Yes, if you e-filed both at the same time they will be transmitted automatically. However, the state can take longer to be processed because it is handled separately by the state.  

You state return will show as "pending" when it gets sent to the state. The state will then change the status to "accepted" or "rejected" when it gets processed.
