My Federal return will not Efile because one of the W2 has a blank in box 1.

My federal return will not efile because it says box 1 is blank. That is true because I am retired and my employer is only using this W2 to communicate a figure in box 12a. Please advise.

Box 12a only ? Just leave that W-2 off your tax return.
