My federal return was rejected. I got an email instructing me to log in and choose "fix my return" but after logging in, I dont get that option. What can I do?

How can I get in touch with a person?  This automated service doesnt help at all

When you logged in, did you arrive at the Tax Home page? 

What was the rejection error code and message?   Someone in the forum will likely be able to tell you how to correct it by another method that doesn't use a "Fix It" box.
