Sorry but those are non deductible personal fees UNLESS the estate files its own return and paid the fees.
Your legal fees are not deductible on any 1040 personal return. However, if the estate paid the fees then the estate can deduct them on the estate's 1041 estate return.

Were you the executor, personal representative, or administrator (if your father died without a will) for the estate? If so, and you advanced personal funds to settle the estate, then the estate should reimburse you (or should have reimbursed you) prior to making any distributions.
