Yes. Just make sure to indicate that you are not claiming her as a dependent.  She should be entered in the Federal side in the Personal Info - Dependent section and it will transfer to the state. When you enter her in the section, you will release the claim to your ex (when that question comes up...assuming you are the custodial parent).
