Are you referring to the 2025 1040-ES? ( see page 10)

These will not be included in the filling of your 2024 taxes.
These are vouchers that you will include with estimated payments to the IRS.

You can Pay Online. The online option is convenient and secure and helps make sure we get your payments on time. To pay your taxes online or for more information, go to IRS.gov/Payments.

Or you can mail them to the Addresses for taxpayers and tax professionals filing Form 1040-ES
