Yes, you can.

This, from IRS Publication 529:

You can deduct the cost and upkeep of work clothes if the following two requirements are met.

  • You must wear them as a condition of your employment.

  • The clothes aren't suitable for everyday wear.

To do that:

  1. Go to Deductions & Credits. 

  2. Select I'll choose what I work on. 

  3. Scroll down to Employment Expenses

  4. Click Start or Update by Job-related Expenses

  5. Work your way through the screens till you get to one that says Job-Related Expenses
