She Already Amended Her Taxes Removing My Daughter As a Dependent and I Am Still Being Rejected.

Unfortunately, you will have to file your return by mail.  

Once a person's SSN (your daughter's in this case) is used on an e-filed return, the IRS e-file system will not allow it to be used on another e-filed return.

 The IRS will process your return and send a refund (if one is coming).
