My daughter's ITIN has the middle digits as 99 (XXX-99-XXXX) and it was generated on 06/2017. Has it expired already?

IRS states that: Those with middle digits 90, 91, 92, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98 or 99, that were assigned before 2013 and have not already been renewed, will also expire at the end of this year.

Since my daughter's ITIN has been assigned after 2013, does it mean it still has validity?
