She has 7 years old. The income is on box 3 of 1099misc

No. Box 3 should not be used to report income that would be subject to Self-Employment taxes. If this was her only income, then she would not need a return filed for her.

My daughter didn’t check that she could be claimed as dependent on her tax return. She then ammended her return to fix it but my tax return is still getting rejected
