My control box only has 1 number and it won't let me file by mail so how can I proceed since it won't let me

It only has 1 number and says I need 2 so therefore it won't let me proceed

Information from a Control Box is not needed, leave it blank.

(It is only needed if you want to import a tax form from the Payee)
