Try going to your Federal return in the Deductions and Credits section. Scroll to the bottom and click Done with Deductions.
There should be a question in the next couple of screens asking whether you made any cash contributions. For the tax year 2021, under the Cares Act, you are allowed to claim up to $300 in cash contributions even if using the standard deduction (up to $600 if Married Filing Joint). This may be where the $125 entry originated.
