I received a few 1099 NECs from the same job. Same totals, same employer, but they used different company names, and even different states in one case. I believe the EIN is all the same - is it marked as the Federal ID number on the form? I only entered one form on my tax return because I did not work for them 5 times for the same exact amount.

That's what I would have done. If the IRS replies that you understated your income, you'll have to explain the situation to them, but since they all use the same EIN, I don't believe that will happen. You should be fine.
