MO Tax Form reads as incomplete when trying to eFile

Previous post I was having problems getting My Missouri form to load. I ran updates today, and the form loaded. (I am using Premier Desktop Version) I have completed both my Federal and State taxes. All the scans and review show the forms as complete. When I go to eFile, the system says my Missouri form is not complete. I have gone back and edited and reviewed all sections. All review scans say it is complete. When I go to file, it says it is not complete. When I try to print it, it says it is not complete. 

I have used TurboTax for years. NEVER have I had issues like these.
