Mistakenly chose estimated payments through app for my state , how do I request refund now

I helped my mother who is not native speaker to fill up her taxes through turbo tax app and maybe her phone was glitching maybe I accidentally chose estimated payments but we now see that she owes NJ state return and was charged though her bank . How can we reverse it ?

your thread is quite confusing but even if you selected estimated tax payments Turbotax only prepares them. Filing and paying are the taxpayers responsibility.   we cannot see the return, but the charge is likely the balance due on the return.
