Missing Old Download from My TurboTax Account

I cannot locate 2022 TT Deluxe [Amazon Exclusive] from the Downlods tab in my TT account .  When I type the license key in "enter your license code here", I get the following message.

"This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads."

I checked another account I have, but it's not there either.
