missing information on import

I am importing information from TIAA both by direct download and by importing the PDF. The 1099B part tells me I have 52 items that need review and for every sale it is asking me to go in manually and update the "sales section" - short term, long-term, etc - and sometimes the date of acquisition or sale. All of this information is in the PDF or import. I have never used HR Block but this was very annoying so I created an account there and HR Block was able to upload all the information seamlessly with no additional review or questions.
