Medical Expenses

I was technically billed for $6,534 in medical expenses for the 2020 calendar year. However, two large hospital ER bills were broken up into smaller payments over time, which I am currently still paying off. With that said, I actually paid $3,697 altogether last year. Pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but figured I should ask just in case. Should I select "No" on this screen while completing my return?

It looks like the figure is $4,500? Correct, you did not pay that amount. What counts is what you paid, not what you were billed.
