Married filing separately- How do we treat the question about how much is owed on the mortgage as of January 1, 2018? Split it or both put the full amount?

So we are married filing separately. We split the mortgage interest deduction. This year with the new law we are also asked -- what was due on the mortgage on Jan. 1, 2018 and what was due on Jan 1, 2019? Do we both list the full amounts or split this amount also--like we are splitting the interest deduction?

No report the full amount because both of you are on the mortgage.
