Mailing NY State return: What "including a payment" mean for different mailing address for NY state return? I made a payment online.

NY State website shows 2 options for where to mail your state return. I already made payment online, and do't know which one applies to me.

If you are not including a payment, mail your return to:

STATE PROCESSING CENTER
PO BOX 61000
ALBANY NY [removed]
If you are including a payment (check or money order), mail your return (including Form IT-201-V) to:

STATE PROCESSING CENTER
PO BOX 15555
ALBANY NY [removed]
