Made over $900 doing a PRN job for medical clinic. Employer claims I did not make enough money to provide a tax form. Please advise if this is correct or not. Thanks.

This is incorrect. The threshold is $600. You can either ask for a 1099 or "self-report" your income.

This is incorrect. The threshold is $600. You can either ask for a 1099 or "self-report" your income.
