M1M line 16: Can't enter int/div on US govt obligations on line 16 or line 16a. Only 16b, accepts entry, but I don't have expense. When will this be fixed?

You should enter it in step-by-step, when you enter the information for the federal interview about the fund interest or dividends.  There is a check box to indicate US government obligations, followed by an entry for the amount.
