I'm not able to file because I'm getting this message error
"Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section
Let's get you back to your taxes. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again, refresh your browser, or check back in a few minutes."
I tried solving this problem:
- chatting with 4 assistants,
- using 3 different browsers (Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari),
- I cleaned caches and cookies,
- I updated the browsers,
- I navigated incognito
- I removed my firewall,
- I used different devices,
- I log off and log back,
- I restart my computer.
What else can I try? I've seen people complaining about this error in the past years on internet forums here and outside. However, I did not see anything that would effectively solve the problem.
Could anyone help me?
