Anyone else having issues this year with Live assistance not being able to help of have any knowledge, and constant hang ups? I have tried calling in now 4 times for one question and keep having people answer and "look into it" and then hang up. Did they change how they get paid? Do they get paid per call now? Some aren't even talking when it goes to them, they just hang up, do they get credit for that? I have been a customer for 15+ years. I will now have to take my business elsewhere this is ridiculous. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks
