Legally separated and sold a house last year with my spouse

I'm legally separated from my wife, and haven't finalized the divorce. We sold our house last year (50% ownership each). I'm filing as "Single". Turbotax hasn't asked me about percentage ownership in the house, and looks like it is treating the house as mine. Should I enter 50% of all amounts into Turbotax or is there another way?
