Assuming any interest or dividends are reported with your niece’s social security number they are reported on the niece’s return if she has a filing requirement which she probably will not have. In which case they would not be reported at all.

someone stole my sisters refund after it was deposited into her phone they stoler her phone and drained her account but she paid for the full turbo tax package. would that be covered under the insurance agreement and how do we file a claim
