Kentucky los carry forward

I get a K-1 from a business that has a loss in Kentucky.  I am a non-resident with no Kentucky source income.  If I file a Kentucky return showing the loss, am I able to carry it forward to future years to offset the business' likely future taxable income in Kentucky?

Kentucky los carry forward

Yes. Kentucky allows a net operating loss carryforward. See page 10 of this document.
