Did both amounts go through as a charge, or is one of them pending (a temporary authorization).
- If that second amount is pending: Contact your bank or credit card company if you wish to remove it before the 24-72 hour drop-off period.
- If the amount is an actual duplicate charge, please contact us for assistance. If possible, have your order or confirmation number handy.
