Home and Business says this in the Extra Help Section.  "You’ll have to use TurboTax Premium to report the sale of a second home, an inherited home, or land."  

So, I have Turbo Tax Home and BUsiness, does this mean I need to purchase Premium to report sale of inherited home (not just land)  AND report my business income and expenses?

@johnrusa , please make sure that you have indeed installed / updated  Windows  TurboTax Home & Business  and not TurboTax Business.  I ask because  the  "product tag " on your post says you are using  Windows TurboTax Business  ( hope that is an error ).

H&B  is the most complete  version and should be able to handle most complex cases.
