Schedule D is created if you sold any Investments (stocks, land, homes, personal items, etc.).
If this does not apply to you, in the left-side menu go to Tax Tools > Tools > Delete Form (from the pop-up menu).
After deleting Schedule D (and associated worksheet), close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and return to where you left off.
