until you finish the interview, that Meter will not be correct. I suspect that $1200 is the calculation of the first stimulus payment and if you have already received it, you won't be eligible to receive it again.

Where does "it" say that? There is no guarantee for a refund - just that you will get the refund allowed by law - no more, no less.

$1,200 sounds like the stimulus that yiu will get if you qualify for it and have not received it yet.
