It says 0 for federal and state when filed before 3/15 then why am i being charged 99?

You are currently using the deluxe version which carries a charge for both federal and state return preparation.

The free edition will only work for those with very simple tax situations. If you begin with the free edition, and the program determines that it will not work for you, you are automatically upgraded to the deluxe version. If you believe you may have started with a paid version in error, you can clear and start over as long as you have not yet paid. See below for more information.
