Are you saying that you have entered all of the information in TurboTax and your federal refund/tax is $0?

E.g. if your income was below a certain level.

Did you get any W2, 1099R, 1099G forms this year?

Also, do one more pass through the Personal Info section of the product.  Make sure you answer the question of whether you're married, have a spouse, any kids etc...

I receive Social Security (14K) and deducted property taxes, car tabs, etc. Sold some stock, but can't figure out how to plug it in.

found out how to input capital gains (53,812)  now i owe 2,7-. sob.Thanks for your help.

No worries.  I'm sorry to hear about the "owe". Make sure you got the cost basis of the sales correct for those stocks too!

Ack. Paid it with my debit card. Next screen confirms the payment. The next screen wants to know if I want it taken from my bank acct. etc. I can't go any further??

You paid for TurboTax with debit, but the amount owed is more than in the account?  Sorry, just seeing if I can help further or if it's more frustration over the amount owed.

No, i paid with my debit card and saw a paid in full receipt, but the next page wants to know how I'll pay for taxes, deduct from my bank account or credit card. I've already paid but I can't get beyond that page to file.
