It keeps rejecting me saying my EIN is wrong what should I do?

I tried to do what the web site told me to do but nothing worked. I got so frustrated because I could not find a place to speak to a live agent. After repeatedly trying I finally found a number to call and after finally getting a live agent the problem was solved in about 5 minutes. The whole process, though took several hours.
