It isn't giving a chance to put in my info from 1099-g. it just asks if I got unemployment and moves on. wat do I do to put in my info?!?!?!?!

In your situation, it is recommended that you first log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies.

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser. For more information on how to delete your cookies on the browser you are using, please see How do I delete cookies?.

Then, here's how you enter your unemployment:

1. Open or continue your tax return in TurboTax online.
2. Search for unemployment compensation and select the Jump to link.
3. On the Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits in 2021? screen, answer Yes.
4. On the Did you receive a 1099-G? screen, select Yes, I did receive a 1099-G. 
5. Follow the instructions to enter your unemployment.
