It is telling me my birthday is wrong and so the IRS rejected my tax return. but that is my correct birthday on the form i filled out

Computers can display a number and still be incorrect when the number is transmitted.  What you need to do is delete your current information for your birthday and then type it in again.   That will fix the communication error that is causing it to say it is the wrong date.
