It is checking my state return and says i need to enter something on Form 763: NR Alloc Pct...what is that?

Form 763: NR Alloc Pct is referring to an allocation percentage in order to properly split your income. 

It is best to enter the nonresident state first and end with the state you were living in as of December 31, 2019.
