This is the second year in a row that we request a call (paying service) and wait for 30 minutes with phone in hand, and they call you, ring one time and they hang up. Like so the call counts for them and then you loose your queue and then need to enter again and wait another 30 to 40 minutes.
This just happened. Last year was the exact same thing.
They should make the support leave you a message or count the time that the call starts. They are doing this on purpose.
