I'm guessing there may be an bug with the early release of TurboTax Home and Business 2020 (PC Desktop Version). I have been using TurboTax for the 12 years I have had children and this is the first year they have been determined to be nondependents. Guessing the problem is with the screen that asks if I have a Custody Agreement for my child(ren). I don't...because well...I didn't divorce my late wife. This screen should only come up if there is a reason for to have a Custody Agreement. I am guessing that approximately half the parental filers DON'T NEED A CUSTODY AGREEMENT. I guess I'll have to wait for this to be fixed.

The online version does not have this issue so I am guessing that it has been addressed and will probably in then the next scheduled update that should be Jan 7.
Thanks macuser_22! Fingers crossed as I wait for an update!
Good prediction macuser_22....the issue was indeed resolved with today's update!
