Issue with bank of america 1099 int import

I am trying to import my 1099 from Bank of America and I am entering my login and password in BoA and BoA provides me with authorization code and when I enter it, it says, "unsuccessful" does anyone know as why?

why import a 1099-INT? usually, only two items payor and amount need to be entered.
