Issue for my 2011 tax return amend.

I got the refund when I did the amended tax return by Turbotax. Asked me to mail the tax return to Austin, TX,

But I also have Form 1040-V Payment Voucher and I have taxes to pay. It will be mailed to Charlotte, NC.

This confused me.

Original tax return, I owe the money to the IRS, but I have paid already in 2022. What should I do in this case?

Hey, don't worry about where to mail your payment, just go to the IRS webpage "Make a payment". You can pay online for original returns, amendments, and all sorts of things, and you don't have to worry about the address.

The only thing is that you may have to wander around a bit at the website to find what you want.
