Is Turbo Tax filing my ME state return for me? Or is it just preparing my info to import when I go to file later? I don't want to pay the $37 if it wont file them for me

TurboTax will electronically file that return once you have finished it and paid. You can save the state return for later but you will have to file your Federal Return electronically first or you will have to send in your state return.
