Is TT Deluxe supposed to provide me with the Tax Forms to enter the Schedule K-1 and K-3.? I see K-1 tax data in TT but very little K-3 questions for Input.

TurboTax Online Deluxe does not support the K-3 schedule.  You will need to upgrade to Premium.
