Is there any customer care to help when I run into a software problem?

when I was trying to enter the three 1099R's that I have, the system put up about seven more empty pages for more forms. Then when I entered "Continue" to move on to the next step, it told me that I had "duplicates" so I went back and deleted the  empty pages. now it is acting like I have not entered any 1099R's

Is there any customer care to help when I run into a software problem?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try the following these basic troubleshooting steps:

 

Check your Internet connection. Hardwired connections work best.

Try logging out and logging back in again.

Try using a different browser. Chrome generally works well.

Try clearing your cache and cookies.
