Is there a reason why TurboTax Self-Employed did not generate the 2020 OR-TM form for the Tri-county Metropolitan Transportation District Self-employment Tax?

In previous years, the OR-TM form was filled out and included with my completed tax forms but this year, it was not, even though it is still a required form to be submitted by those self-employed.  Not sure if I did something wrong or if Turbotax messed up.
