Is the program really different this year?

What tax year is "this year?"  Are you asking about 2018 product, or upcoming 2019 software, which comes out late next month?    And are you referring to the online program (web version) or the CD/desktop software?  Did you switch from Online to desktop software or vice versa?      Online product and desktop software have always had a different look and different features.

What did you use the previous year?   Was it Online TurboTax or desktop software?   What edition?   And what did you use for 2018?

There has been little change in program formats of either product in terms of "look", features, and navigation.  The biggest change was in regard to the new tax laws for 2018.
