Please confirm that when the software is updated the method to use to estimate 2018 federal taxes is go to the 1040-es, estimated tax for next year section of Turbo Tax

In the TurboTax CD/Download software, you may select Online > View Installed Updates. The following TurboTax FAQ should also provide the updates: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3169946-turbotax-2017-release-notes-for-windows-personal-tax-softw...>. However, it may not be 1 update...it could be more than 1 update.
