Is it possible to remove a partially completed return & un-register my Deluxe TT CD and begin again w/Home & Bs. CD? Prefer CD to online.

Received CRP payment from USDA so I can't use Schedule E, but need Sch. SE, F, and Form 7206. Don't want to upgrade online - just use correct CD.

Yes, you should be able to upgrade to Home & Business by contacting Support. Please follow this link for help with that.
